What We Collect

• • Your email address, when you create an account
• • The addresses you send us to check, and the answer we gave. We do not store the address itself. We keep its domain and a scrambled form of it that cannot be turned back into the address
• • Usage analytics via Google Analytics (IP, browser, pages visited)
• • Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them

How We Use Data

• • Provide signup protection and disposable email detection
• • Show your own checks back to you in your dashboard
• • Recognise when one mailbox reaches you under two different spellings, if you turn email memory on. It is off unless you do.
• • Improve service performance and reliability
• • Monitor usage patterns (Google Analytics)
• • We do not sell or share data with third parties

How Long We Keep It

• • Your checks stay in your dashboard for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro
• • If email memory is on, a scrambled code for each address you check is kept for 30 days on Free, 365 days on Pro. The address itself is never stored
• • Your account details are kept for as long as your account is open
• • Everything above is deleted automatically once its time is up

Your Choices

• • Ask us for a copy of your data at any time
• • Ask us to close your account and delete what we hold
• • Email the address below and we will action either within 30 days
