Terms of Service

Service Usage

• • Use our API and web interface to protect your own signups
• • Must be 13+ years old to use this service
• • Do not use for illegal activities or spam
• • We may restrict excessive automated usage
• • One free account per person or organization. Creating multiple free accounts to extend the free allowance is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Service Limitations

• • Detection results are provided "as is" without guarantees
• • New disposable services may not be immediately detected
• • Use as part of a comprehensive validation strategy
• • Service may be unavailable temporarily

Plans and Billing

• • The free plan needs no card and renews on the 1st of each month
• • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe
• • Change your capacity at any time from Billing
• • Cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that
• • We do not refund part of a period you have already started
• • Unused monthly credits do not carry over
• • We will give notice before any price change affects your plan

Intellectual Property

• • Our API and content are our intellectual property
• • You may use our service for personal and commercial purposes
• • Do not copy or redistribute our detection algorithms
• • SignupScore name and branding require permission to use

Liability

We provide this service "as is" and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. You use our service at your own risk.

Ending Your Account

• • Close your account at any time by emailing us
• • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms
• • Your API keys stop working as soon as an account is closed

Changes and Governing Law

• • We may update these terms, and the date below will say when
• • Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it
• • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
